Say hello to Shreck, the 10 year-old heavy draught horse. Look out for the horse boat towing demonstrations over the weekend.

Mr Juggler is a regular and popular visitor to Moira Canal Festival.  Children are enchanted by his Punch and Judy shows and his balloon creations.

Emma's Crafty Kids


Emma's Crafty Kids has been providing make and take away craft activities and outdoor games at the Moira Canal Festival since 2007. Drop-in all weekend for crafty family fun!

Ukulele Central UK


Ukulele Central UK are a community group from the Solihull area, who enjoy getting together to play their Ukuleles! They'll be bringing their infectious enthusiasm to the Entertainment Marquee all weekend!

Dance Sides


Festival regulars, Ryknild Rabble, and newly formed, Willington Morris, will be visiting us on Saturday. They will be performing in the Courtyard and in the Furnace arena.

Illuminated Boat Parade


Come and see the spectacle of all of our visiting trailable boats being lit up, and parading between Moira and Donisthorpe, on Saturday evening.  Cheer on your favourite - they'll be competing for the Best Illuminated Boat trophy!

Tangent formed in 2016 after a lucky meeting at a Donisthorpe music session. They will be performing their 'folksy' harmonies and instrumentals in the Entertainment Marquee on Sunday
